Delivery within Ireland is charged at €60 per order. We do not currently ship internationally.
Before placing your order, we recommend checking that the dimensions of your chosen design are suitable for access through stairways, doorways, and hallways within your home. Due to the nature of our pieces, we cannot accept responsibility if delivery cannot be completed because of restricted access. In such cases, delivery may need to be rearranged.
Delivery does not include assembly or installation. Headboards are wall mounted, and a solid timber French cleat is provided with your order for secure fixing. Fitting should be carried out by a professional or by someone competent with DIY.
Before ordering, please ensure the chosen wall is suitable for wall mounting, with adequate structure for fixing (such as a solid wall or suitable studs), keeping in mind that headboards cannot be mounted over radiators.
Returns
As all of our headboards are bespoke and handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns on our products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please ensure you are entirely satisfied with your choice before placing an order.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please email us within 7 working days of delivery at info@reveriedesign.ie. Include your order number and photographs if possible, and we will review the issue promptly. We are unable to consider requests for returns or refunds made more than 7 days after receipt of goods.
