All pieces are made to order, with a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Delivery is available within the Republic of Ireland and is charged at €60 per order, reflecting the size and weight of our upholstered pieces.

Headboards are delivered to your address only and do not include installation. Please ensure suitable access to your property prior to ordering.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Our headboard shapes and dimensions are fixed to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship. However, we welcome enquiries for contrast piping or using your own specific fabric. If you have a particular finish in mind, please contact us for a custom quote.

While our collections are carefully curated, we are always happy to discuss Customer’s Own Material (COM) orders.

If you have a specific fabric in mind, simply send us the details and we will personally review it for sourcing, suitability and fire safety compliance before providing you with a custom quote.

Yes. Fabric samples are available to purchase through our Fabric Gallery. We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing a headboard, as colours and textures can appear differently on screen. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Each piece is made to order. For this reason, returns or refunds are not offered where an order is no longer wanted or requirements change.

If there is an issue with damage or a fault on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so it can be reviewed and resolved.

As our headboards are wall-mounted, they sit independently of the bed frame and do not attach to the bed itself. Please refer to the dimensions listed on each product page to ensure suitability for your space and bed size.

Our headboards are designed to be wall-mounted for a secure, seamless finish. Each order includes a French cleat wall-mount, allowing the headboard to sit flush to the wall.

Fixings such as screws and wall plugs are not included, as requirements vary depending on wall type. Installation is straightforward, but we recommend using a professional fitter or someone competent with DIY to ensure the piece is level and securely installed.

The wall area must be clear and unobstructed and cannot be installed over a radiator.

Each headboard includes a solid timber French cleat for wall mounting. Fixings for the wall itself are not supplied, as these vary depending on wall type.

Yes. All of our headboards are made using a fire-retardant interliner that complies with domestic furniture fire safety regulations in the UK and Ireland. 

We recommend gently vacuuming your headboard with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. For spills or marks, use a mild upholstery cleaner, testing first on a discreet area. For deeper cleaning, we advise contacting a professional upholstery service.
