Terms and Conditions

 

1. Orders 
When you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received it. This email acts as confirmation that your order has been accepted. Production will begin once full payment has been received.

 

2. Payment 
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of order. 

 

3. Products 
Each headboard is handmade to order. Please allow for a tolerance of up to 2cm in finished dimensions. Slight variations are part of the nature of a handmade piece. All headboards include a fire-retardant interliner that complies with domestic furniture fire safety regulations in the UK and Ireland. 

 

4. Product Imagery 
We take care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, digital renders and screen displays may not always represent colours and finishes exactly as they appear in person. If you are unsure, we recommend requesting a fabric sample before placing an order. 

 

5. Lead Times 
The standard lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks. On rare occasions, delays may occur if a fabric is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified promptly with an updated timeframe. 

 

6. Delivery 
Delivery within Ireland is charged at €60 per order. A two-person service is provided to a room of choice. Please ensure access is suitable in advance, as we cannot accept responsibility if a headboard cannot be delivered due to restricted access. Delivery does not include assembly or installation. A wall-mounting kit is supplied with each order. 

 

7. Returns & Refunds 
As all items are bespoke and made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please email us at info@reveriedesign.ie within 7 working days of delivery, quoting your order number and including photographs if possible. We will review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Requests for returns or refunds cannot be considered after 7 days from receipt of goods. 

 

8. Liability 
Reverie Design is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. We are also not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to restricted access within your property. 

 

9. Ownership of Goods 
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received. 

 

10. Governing Law 
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
